Our Shipping, Return & Exchange Policies

Important Details

  • Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days from our studio in Portland, OR.

  • We only process orders in the US at this time. 

  • We offer a 30 day returns policy to the original form of payment - if you would like to initiate a return, please email us at

  • We offer a 30 day exchange policy. If the item you received is defective or damaged - all you have to do is ship your product back and we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. Due to limited inventory if the item exchanged is not available we can apply a credit for the same value paid towards a different product. To start an exchange, please email us at

  • We offer simple repairs (like a broken chain or clasp). Please email us your request at and include a brief description of the repair needed and a photo of the item in need of repair. We will follow up with additional questions as needed. Repairs are done once a month - we appreciate your patience.
